Damages and issues
Every garnment is inspected before packaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The time period for this dispute is 5 days after delivery. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Exchanges are only prohibited if the item is damaged.

We cannot accept returns on anything.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for a new item and at checkout make note that your order is for exchange purposes. Send your item back to the address on your package with a note of the name of the new order you’ve placed. Once the exchanged item has arrived it will be inspected & refunded if guidelines are met. You will then receive a text/email saying whether or not your exchange is accepted & will be asked a question regarding your new order

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
