Refund policy

 

Exchange-only policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we make it right if something is wrong with your order.

 

Damages and issues

Every garment is inspected before packaging. Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item or size, contact us within 5 days of delivery at louviertatum@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for size swaps when the size is available. To exchange, email us within 5 days of delivery. Send the item back unworn and in its original condition to the address on your package, with a note listing your order number and the replacement you want. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your exchange by email and ship the replacement.

 

Non-returnable

Worn or washed items, and requests made more than 5 days after delivery, cannot be exchanged.
